Japan and Nepal rules are not the same

Japan has regulated crypto-asset exchange service framework. That does not mean every country treats crypto same way. Nepal Rastra Bank has notices saying cryptocurrency transaction/use/mining is illegal in Nepal. For Nepalis living in Japan, this difference matters. Do not assume Japan rule automatically protects you from Nepal-related compliance questions.

This page is not legal advice. General safe approach: follow Japan law, tax rules, exchange rules, residency rules, Nepal rules when relevant, and do not send crypto to Nepal for illegal use. If you are unsure, consult legal/tax professional. Avoid telling friends in Nepal to buy/sell crypto, avoid collecting money from others, avoid remittance-like crypto transfer schemes.

Two-phone idea: security, not evasion

Investment-only mobile can be good for security: separate 2FA, broker apps, password manager, screenshots, tax records. But it must never be used to hide activity, avoid tax, or break Nepal rules. Purpose should be record keeping and security. Everyday phone can stay clean for daily life; investment phone can be locked, backed up, and protected.

Do not mix crypto, FX, and remittance casually

Crypto price risk, legal risk, tax record risk and scam risk can combine. If your main goal is family remittance, use legal remittance channels. If your goal is investment, keep account in your own name, keep records, and understand tax treatment. If your goal is speculation, use only money you can afford to lose.

How to move from learning to EA safely

The safe path is: learn the concept, practice manually or demo, record mistakes, understand tax/legal side, then test EA. A good EA page should always remind user: no guarantee, high risk, small lot first, and monthly records always.
